Refund Policy

This Refund Policy is framed in compliance with Government, NIELIT, NSDC, Skill India, and ISO quality guidelines. It ensures transparency and fairness for all learners enrolled at Hulk Solution Computer Institute.

1. General Policy

1. Course fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.
2. Enrollment is confirmed only after fee payment and document verification.
3. Refunds, if any, are granted strictly as per the conditions mentioned below and at the sole discretion of institute management.

2. Eligibility for Refund

Refund requests may be considered only under the following circumstances:

1. Batch cancellation by Hulk Solution due to unavoidable or administrative reasons.
2. Course discontinuation by the institute before commencement of classes.
3. Duplicate or excess fee payment made by the student.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

No refund shall be applicable in the following situations:

1. Student withdraws after course commencement.
2. Non-attendance or irregular attendance by the student.
3. Termination due to disciplinary action or violation of institute rules.
4. Change of course or batch at the student’s request.
5. Placement dissatisfaction or non-selection in interviews.
6. Government / CSR / Sponsored programs where refund norms are governed by the sponsoring authority.

4. Government / Sponsored Training Programs

1. For NIELIT, NSDC, Skill India, CSR, or Government-funded programs, refund rules shall be governed by the respective scheme guidelines.
2. Hulk Solution shall not be liable for refunds in cases where fees are paid directly by sponsoring agencies.

5. Refund Request Procedure

1. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the institute administration.
2. Requests should include enrollment details, payment proof, and reason for refund.
3. Verbal requests will not be entertained.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

1. Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15–30 working days.
2. Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment or institute-approved method.

7. Administrative Charges

1. Applicable administrative or processing charges may be deducted from the refundable amount, if approved.

8. Management Rights

1. Hulk Solution reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Refund Policy without prior notice.
2. The decision of the institute management shall be final and binding in all refund-related matters.

9. Jurisdiction

1. This Refund Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.

10. Acceptance of Policy

By enrolling in any course at Hulk Solution Computer Institute, the student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
