These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services, training programs, website, and facilities provided by Hulk Solution Computer Institute. By enrolling in any course or using our services, students agree to abide by the following terms.

1. Admission & Enrollment

1. Admission is granted based on eligibility criteria specified for each course.
2. Enrollment is confirmed only after submission of required documents and payment of applicable fees.
3. Hulk Solution reserves the right to accept or reject any admission without assigning a reason.

2. Course Structure & Training

1. Course content, duration, syllabus, and training methodology may be updated as per industry or government guidelines.
2. Training is delivered through classroom, lab-based, and/or blended learning modes.
3. Students are expected to actively participate in practical sessions, assignments, and assessments.

3. Fees & Payments

1. All course fees must be paid as per the schedule communicated at the time of admission.
2. Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in special cases approved by management.
3. Any government/CSR-sponsored training will follow the fee norms of the respective scheme.

4. Attendance Policy

1. Students must maintain minimum attendance as prescribed by the institute or affiliating bodies.
2. Low attendance may result in ineligibility for certification, assessments, or placement support.

5. Certification

1. Certificates are issued only after successful completion of training, assessments, and attendance requirements.
2. Certificates may be issued by Hulk Solution and/or affiliated authorities as applicable.

6. Placement Support

1. Hulk Solution provides placement assistance, career guidance, and interview support.
2. Placement is not guaranteed and depends on student performance, attendance, skills, and market conditions.

7. Code of Conduct

1. Students must maintain discipline, professionalism, and respectful behavior within the institute.
2. Any misconduct, misuse of facilities, or violation of rules may lead to disciplinary action, including termination of enrollment.

8. Use of Institute Resources

1. Institute infrastructure, computers, internet, and software are to be used strictly for academic purposes.
2. Damage or misuse of institute property may result in penalties or recovery of costs.

9. Data Privacy & Confidentiality

1. Student personal data is collected and used only for academic, certification, placement, and compliance purposes.
2. Hulk Solution ensures confidentiality of student information, except where disclosure is required by law or authorities.

10. Intellectual Property

1. All study material, content, and training resources provided by Hulk Solution are the intellectual property of the institute.
2. Unauthorized copying, sharing, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

11. Health, Safety & Security

1. Students must follow safety instructions and institute guidelines at all times.
2. Hulk Solution is not responsible for personal belongings lost within the premises.

12. Changes to Courses or Policies

1. Hulk Solution reserves the right to modify courses, schedules, faculty, or policies without prior notice, as required.

13. Limitation of Liability

1. Hulk Solution shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of its services.

14. Grievance Redressal

1. Students may submit grievances related to academics or administration to institute management.
2. All grievances will be addressed in a fair and timely manner.

15. Jurisdiction

1. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

16. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any course or using the services of Hulk Solution, students acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
